Northwest Juniors Volleyball Club has used the Gold Medal Squared systems exclusively since 2002. These are the same systems of play used by Championship-caliber teams like the University of Washington. Many other fine local college and high school programs have adopted the Gold Medal Squared systems and continue to use them with great success.
Velocity
Sports Performance
(VSP) is a sports performance training center located in Redmond, WA just east
of Marymoor Park. They specialize in helping athletes of all ages and abilities
maximize their athletic potential and reduce the risk of injuries through
scientifically designed and tested training protocols supervised by degreed and
certified coaches. Northwest Volleyball current members are also
eligible for a
10% discount off of the standard training programs. We also
