In addition to regular coaching
duties, Tony offers his assistance to players in preparing for
college and act as a liaison between the players and recruiters as
the club's recruiting coordinator.
Tony has extensive college coaching experience, having spent 5
years at
Edmonds Community College, 4 years at Bellevue College,
and
2 years at Seattle Pacific University. As a college coach,
he has made post-season appearances in 9 of 11 seasons; he has also
been named North Division coach of the year twice, and Conference
coach of the year once. Tony has been a part of Northwest Juniors VBC since 1989 and has been the director of the club since 2000. Over the years, Tony has taken several teams to YJOV National Championship events. Tony's responsibilities also include coaches education and he is a staff coach in the Edmonds part of the club. |

Kim is the Assistant Club Director for Northwest Juniors VBC. She is also the Head Coach at Bellevue College, where her teams placed in the top three of the Northern region of the NWAACC every year she's been at BC (2006-present). The 2009 BC team finished 5th overall in the NWAACC, and Kim was the recipient of the Northern Region Co-Coach of the Year Award in 2008 and Northern Region Coach of the Year Award 2009 and 2010. Before being hired at Bellevue College, Kim worked coaching various high school programs. She was the head coach at Kent-Meridian HS (2005), assistant coach at Evergreen HS (2004), and volunteer assistant at Sumner HS (2003). Kim has been with Northwest Jrs since 2004. Kim played high school ball at Sumner HS, and played club ball at Northwest Juniors during her entire high school career. Kim then played at Central Washington University from 1998-2001 where she was a middle blocker and served as team captain during the 2000-01 seasons. |

Charlie is one of the more experienced coaches on staff with 20 years experience divided between Northwest Juniors, Arizona Sky VBC, and Rain City VBC. While in Phoenix, he also coached for Shadow Mountain HS. Charlie has extensive experience with Gold Medal Squared systems of play having used them for AZ Sky and NW Juniors the past 10 seasons. Charlie is an IMPACT and CAP 1 certified coach and PAVO certified official. |

Summer's has been the assistant coach at Thomas Jefferson High School for the past two season. Previous to that, she coached basketball at Meeker MS and coached volleyball for her church for four seasons. She has been an avid player for almost 30 years. |

"V" enters his fifth season with NW Juniors VBC. He was formerly the Graduate Assistant Coach at Edmonds Community College in 2008 & 2009, and served as a coach at Everett High School for the 2010 & 2011 seasons. "V" has coached U15-U18 teams for NW Juniors and coached the 17 Elite Black team in 2012. He is a very popular coach at the Edmonds club and has done a great job in training athletes. He plays indoor and outdoor volleyball and brings great youth and enthusiasm to the staff. A patient and knowledgeable coach with a great understanding of the game, V is part of the NW Juniors Elite Staff in Edmonds. |

Macie played 3 seasons for NW Juniors Elite and is a DS at Bellevue College. She played at Inglemoor HS and has worked several camps the last few years. |

Angela has been the assistant coach at Bellevue College the last two seasons. Prior to coaching at BC, Angela played 2 years at Edmonds CC as a MB/OH. In her 2009 season, she was the team captain, received Player of the Week honors twice in the season, received second team All-Region and was a member of the Sophomore All-Star team, coached by Culliton. Prior to playing in college, Angela attended Juanita High School, playing varsity volleyball for three years. She played club volleyball in 2006 & 2007 on Culliton’s club team as an OH/RS. Angela has been coaching camps since 2008 and she has coached club volleyball in 2009 & 2010. She also volunteers her time with a Seattle Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) team. Angela has a daughter, Mia, who will be two on November 30, 2012. |

Norm played as a setter and middle blocker in college and
continues to play in Masters play. He is currently the
Head Coach at Sammamish High School in Bellevue and was the
Assistant Coach at Hazen High School in 2011. He has
coached most recently with Lake VBC in Lake Stevens,
coaching the 14 Red team in 2012.
He
has also coached at High Performance camps for the Puget
Sound Region USAV. Norm is IMPACT certified, CAP - I
certified, and GMS - Level I trained.

Emina just finished her freshman year at Bellevue College where she was a Middle Blocker. She played at Lake Washington High School and coached camps for NW Juniors and Bellevue College during the summer. |

Darian just finished her freshman year at Bellevue College where she was a starting Middle. She played a season and a half with NW Juniors 18 Elite and graduated from Port Angeles High School where her team qualified for state her senior year. She also coached camps for NW Juniors and Bellevue College during the summer. |

Adam is a student at Seattle University and a recent transplant from Santa Barbara. He has coached indoor and beach volleyball the last 7 years for the City of Ventura. He has also worked with Ventura Volleyball Club as head coach of their 15's team, and last year worked with Santa Barbara Volleyball Club as assistant coach for their 16's team He joined us the fall of 2011 as a coach for our Jamba Fall league. He played indoor and beach volleyball in high school and in 2009 played collegiately for Santa Barbara City College, where he was a Middle Blocker. |

Laura is a current outside hitter at Bellevue College, and 2012 recipient of the MVP of the Northern Region of the NWAACC. Prior to BC, Laura played at Kings HS, where she was voted MVP of the league in 2009. With an impressive start to her 2011 season at BC, Laura is the recipient of the Northern Region Offensive Player of the Week four times and All NWAACC Region Offensive Player of the Week once. Laura is a member of the Walla Walla Crossover All Tournament Team and is the MVP of the Bellevue Crossover All Tournament. Laura is a very driven and talented athlete, and has a lot to offer her team. |

Alyx played for Northwest Juniors when she was a student at Mountlake Terrace HS. She currently coaches 7th and 8th graders at Alderwood Boys and Girls Club, and has been coaching middle school athletes for 8 seasons either with Alderwood BGC or the Brier Terrace MS team. |

Jazz played for NW Juniors and is a decorated outside hitter from Juanita HS. She played two seasons at Evergreen State College and led the conference in kills her sophomore season. At Juanita, she was a first team all-KingCo her senior year. She is currently attending classes locally to complete her education. She has worked several camps and also coached during our Fall league program. She is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and will be a great mentor to our young athletes. |

Fall of 2012 Tiffany served as the Frosh/Soph coach at Fillmore HS in California and was the varsity assistant coach in 2011. She played at Oxnard College during the 2008 and 2009 seasons. 2012-13 will be her first season of club volleyball coaching. |

Amy’s (formerly Amy Sant) coaching experience primarily comes from her years as a track coach at Cascade High School in Everett. She has coached league volleyball and basketball teams with the LDS church the past several years dating back to 2002. This is her second season with NW Juniors having coached the 13 Blizzard team in 2012. |

Rob has coached girls volleyball ad Cedar Park Christian since 2010, working at the JHS with the varsity the last two seasons. He has coached boys and girls basketball since 2004 primarily with the Kirkland Boys and Girls club. He started playing while a student at Central Washington and has remained involved with volleyball at some level ever since. He has attended the Gold Medal Squared Coaching camp as well as hosted staff for a camp while a staff member at Cedar Park Christian. He works for City of Kirkland and his daughter Sierra plays in the club. |

Silver is currently the Assistant Varsity coach at Skyline High School in Sammamish. She is a recent graduate of Washington State University where she played one season with the Cougars. Previous to that, she played two season at Edmonds Community College, earning NWAACC All-Academic honors both seasons. While playing at Edmonds, she was an assistant coach for two seasons to Dragan Karadzic for the 15 Ice and 16 Ice teams. She spent the summer of 2011 on permanent staff with NW Juniors Volleyball Camps and has coached since her high school days at South Whidbey HS. |

Gen is a senior at Mt. Si High School and was named fist team libero in the KingCo 3A league in 2012. She enters her second season playing for NW Juniors Elite VBC and worked several camps for NW Juniors, Mt. Si HS, and Ridge Valley VBC. She is a hard working athlete and is a great role model for our younger athletes. |

Stephanie is a first year NW Juniors club coach, but has some good coaching experience. She played through high school and played two years of club but did not move on to play college volleyball; instead she has coached volleyball since graduating HS and has one year of Junior High and one year of High School C-team experience. She has also attended various coaching clinics including Gold Medal Squared and Nevilllisms. |

Kristen is a senior at Roosevelt HS and enters her second season on NW Juniors 18 Elite Black. She was a co-captain on the 2012 team as a Middle Blocker. She was second team KingCo 4A her senior season and has has signed to play her college volleyball at University of Puget Sound. She worked all summer with NW Juniors Camps and is a patient and knowledgeable coach. |

Adam is an Impact Cap Level 1 certified volleyball coach, and has a deep background in volleyball as a player and coach. He has over 10 years of coaching experience at a variety of levels, having coached from 6th grade level through the collegiate level and instructed at camps as well as providing private instruction. In 2006, I was the varsity volleyball coach for Goshen High School, leading the team to a sectional semi-final appearance. From 2006-2008, he coached for Shank You Volleyball Club in Elkhart, Indiana -- his final year he coached the #1 ranked U18's team for the club. He is a licensed CPR/First Aid instructor and moved to the Seattle area in 2009. |

Stacie spend 5 years as the head coach at North Sound Christian (which is now Cedar Park Christian, Mountlake Terrace). She built the program from scratch starting in 2004 and over the course of those five years grew the program from 10 players to a team that participated in the state tournament twice. She remains active as a player and has two daughters that play as well, one in high school and one in college. She is a great addition to our Edmonds staff. |

Patricia assisted the 15 Heat team in 2012 during her first season with the club. She also coached during our Fall league and is an avid volleyball player. She plays in several adult and women's leagues and stays active. She begins her second season with NW Juniors. |

Sammy is a current opposite hitter at Bellevue College. Prior to BC, Sammy played at Marysville HS and for club director, Tony Miranda on his NWJRS 18 Elite Black team. Sammy has coached several volleyball camps since 2009 summer and she has participated in NW Volleyball's Summer Beach Series. With an abundance of knowledge, Sammy is a very driven and talented athlete, and has a lot to offer her team. |

Debbie has been heavily involved in the sport since her daughter Taylor took up the sport as a nine year-old and coached Taylor her U10-U12 seasons. She has coached a few camps and worked as a tournament director the last few years. She coached the 12 Eclipse team to a successful top 10 finish in 2010, and a third place finish in the Region in 2011. She also took the 13 Heat team to Nationals in 2012. |

Courtney is a second-year NW Juniors coach and comes to us from Pacific Coast Volleyball Academy and Green River CC. She is from the Kent area and played several years of club and two seasons at Green River. She coached U14's in 2011, U16's and a Winter League team in 2012. |

Juleea is a Bellevue College Volleyball Alumni (2009) as well as a NW Jrs. 18 Storm Alumni (2008) both coached by Assistant Director, Kim Culliton. Juleea is a talented and tenacious setter with a vast knowledge of the game. She left BC receiving All League honors, and setter of the month honors. Juleea coached the NW Jrs. U17 team in 2008, and assisted the 14 Elite Gold team in 2012. She has also coached several camps as well as the NW Volleyball fall league of 2011. |

Alyse is the Executive Director of Amazing Kids! and has been working with youth programs since 1998. Most recently she coached 5th and 6th grade volleyball with the Alderwood Boys and Girls club; and she has been a staff coach for the US Youth Volleyball program in Edmonds since 2010. With her marketing and non-profit experience, she will also take on a role of growing our youth programs and helps us expand our programs to younger athletes. Fun Fact: Alyse was the recipient of the 2011 Energizer "Keep Going" National award. |

Elizabeth coached 8th graders in Montana from 2010-2012 while she was a student at Montana State University. She is originally from the area, having attended Seattle Prep. While at Seattle Prep, she played for Space Needle VBC. She also played intramurals while at MSU and remains an active volleyball player. |

She has several years of club coaching experience. In 2012 she was the assistant for our 15 Elite Gold team, she has coached for Northwest Juniors since 2008 and for Club Dig-It from 2004-2007. |
