Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of
7 matches (with the exception of dropped (pools)). Also in
the 11 Club division, if there are not enough teams (fewer
than 12), teams will have the option of moving to the 12s
division.

Those teams that do not
register before their
tournament will be unable to
play. A team
representative (Team Rep,
Coach or Club Director)
must register on-site
before that team is allowed
to play. Each team
must present medical release
forms for each player and a
completed hotel form at
registration. Hotel form
may be faxed or mailed prior
to event, but a form must be
presented before play.

required for every

This year's event
will take place in the
Dallas Convention Center.
Throughout the event,
Exhibit halls A-F which are
on the second floor of the
convention center will be
used. Halls D, E, F will be
ued the first weekend and
all halls (A-F) being used
for the second weekend.
Weekend 1 is April 13-15,
2007 with age divisions
12-14 playing. Weekend 2 is
scheduled for April 21-23,
2007 with age divisions
15-18's playing. For a

Parking Information
Two parking garages, each
with space for about 550
vehicles (total of 1,100),
are located beneath the main
level of exhibit space at
the Dallas Convention
Center. These spaces provide
easy access to exhibit areas
and meeting rooms. An
outdoor surface lot near
lower C lobby offers an
additional 170 spaces. The
charge for parking in either
area is $8.00 per
entry, per vehicle.
